Interreligious Dialogue Groups Enabling Human Agency

Evidence has shown that interreligious dialogue is one of the paths to build bridges among diverse cultural and religious communities otherwise would be in conflict. Some literature reflects, from a normative standpoint, on how should authentic meaningful. However, there scarce what conditions contribute this achieving its desirable goals. Thus, our aim was examine such provide evidence enables human agency. By analyzing activity groups, we document agency they generate, gather about features conditions. For purpose, studied four all affiliated with United Nations Educational, Scientific Cultural Organization’s (UNESCO) Association for Interreligious Dialogue (AUDIR), employing in-depth interviews discussion groups. In these which operate multicultural neighborhoods, local actors neighbors hold dialogues diversity issues. so doing, social coexistence, friendship ties, advocacy initiatives arise. After collected data, conclude result positive promising outputs, it must meet some principles dialogic learning, namely equality differences, egalitarian dialogue, intelligence, solidarity, transformation.
